

Growing up in a large Italian family, Kelly Chandler learned early on the important role food plays in making memories. She spent years as an executive pastry chef in Tampa; giving her the opportunity to combine her love of art with pastry and cakes.
Kelly’s passion for food, and always wanting to create something heartfelt, is what fuels her today. She is looking forward to the next chapter of her life with the opening of her bakery, Polly Sparrow Bakery, at 102 Public Square with her daughter, Lily, by her side. She'll offer custom cakes along with from scratch French and Italian pastries.
